Refund | Exchange Policy


GENERAL POLICY FOR ANY EXCHANGE / REFUND:
Puff House accepts returns only for products purchased through www.gweedhaus.com. For products that have been purchased from an authorized Puff House retailer, please refer to the authorized retailer's refund policy as such items cannot be refunded by Puff House.

RETURNS / REFUNDS FOR UNUSED ITEMS:
Products purchased from www.puffhouse.com are qualified for a full refund, minus any shipping costs, when returned to Puff House within (30) days of original delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and kept in its original packaging. Please include a copy of your order confirmation.

RETURNS / REFUNDS FOR USED ITEMS:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may be qualified for a refund if returned within (14) days of original delivery, and is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please include a copy of your order confirmation.

EXCHANGES:
Items that are defective are eligible for an exchange/replacement.  If you need to exchange, please send us an email at info@gweedhaus.com and send your item to: 11135 Rush Street, Suite F, South El Monte California US 91733.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU SHIP A PRODUCT BACK:
Once your return/exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
In the case of a refund request, if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
